In it’s quarterly report the Overseas Guides Company states that France is still the favourite place to buy a second home for britons. With 22%, France leads the popularity charts, closely followed by Span (16%) and the USA (15%). These last two countries are increasingly popular due to the continuous drop in property prices. And of course the strong Pound also accounts for some of the rising interest for buying abroad.
