15th-century extended farm house: 300 sq. m (3229 sq. ft) home, hotel part with apartment and restaurant, 500 sq. m (5382 sq. ft), and toilet building 150 sq. m (1614 sq. ft). Situated at the border or the Haute Loire, Ardèche and Lozère. At 35 km (22 miles) from Le Puy en Velay (to the north), at 50 km from Aubenas (to the east) and at 50 km (31 miles) from Mende (to the south). Camping site with 25 lots and swimming pool. From the camping site one can enjoy the view over the Mont Gerbier de Jonc and the Mont Mézenc, reaching over 35 km (22 miles). Le Marconnes is about 5 km (3 miles) from the route National 88 and RN102. Via Road D53 the complex can be easily reached.
The ground floor is built in vaulting style, partly natural stone and stucco work. All rooms with a concrete, tiled floor. Layout: Entrance hall with storage space, heating space, bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, living room with kitchen and fireplace. Staircase with solid wooden stairs.
First floor: Landing and four bedrooms of between 20 and 25 sq. m (between 215 and 270 sq. ft) with wooden floor and ceilings.
Attic with 125 sq. m (1345 sq.ft) open space, 4.5 m (15 ft) height to the ridge. Currently used as storage, but suitable for creating rooms and/or a lounge/playing room.
The hotel was built in the former stables with workshop and the hayloft. The restaurant with its open-plan kitchen (150 sq. m or 1615 sq. ft) for about 50 couverts is on the ground floor, while another 30 couverts are outside. The kitchen is fully equipped according to all requirements. In the centre of the hotels is the working area with coolers and freezers for the restaurant, the washing machine and the boiler room with central heating on propane gas. The shop/library is in the right hand part, as well as a bread collection point for the camping (25 sq. m or 270 sq. ft).
The first floor holds 6 hotel rooms for 2 to 6 persons per room, which all have a private bathroom with toilet, shower and washbasin. The area of the rooms is 25 sq. m (270 sq. ft) for the 2-person room to 35 sq. m (377 sq. ft) for the family room with vide.
In the hotel area is also a 10-person room, with its private access and veranda and a large living kitchen/salon and bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs are three bedrooms with double bed and fixed washbasin and a sleeper room for 4 persons with a fixed washbasin. This is also where the second bathroom with toilet is located.
The third building on the property holds the sanitary unit of the camping: a highly characteristic 12th century building which has been fitted with four toilets, five showers and four washbasins. There is also a family bathroom with shower, WC and large washbasin. Access tot the 4-person sauna. Furthermore an open dish washing area for the camping guests. The buildings border and are surrounded with the camping, which holds 25 lots, all of them with access to electricity. This is also the place where the swimming pool (12 x 5.5 m or 40 x 14 ft) and the playground is. The terrace holds a well with an old water box and a medieval bread oven.

The electrical installation is in a good state of repair and is yearly checked (mandatory). Since 2014, a new condensator provides a more stable power feed, with less fluctuation and less consumption. The hotel is fitted with a fire safety installation with smoke alarms and is inspected by the fire department.
The sewerage of the home is led to the ditch via a septic tank. For the hotel/restaurant and the camping there is a separate system with 3 septic tanks of 5,000 litre each. Used water is processed on the domain in a 250 cub. m decantage-container.
