There are three residences, completely renovated and professionally decorated.
The main house has three bedrooms en suite. Fully equipped Provencal-style kitchen with Godin stove. The salon and dining room are separated by a large open Provencal fireplace. The house is centrally heated.
The owners' apartment is located on the third floor with views over the olive trees and Mt Ventoux from the small balcony. It has its own private entrance and driveway at the rear of the house.
On the third floor, there is also a fourth bedroom en suite which can be part of the owners' apartment or can be accessed by the main house as a fourth bedroom.
The resident caretakers live in the original residence constructed during the 18th century. Their house has been renovated as well. It is separated from the main house by a high hedge. The caretakers provide all services, including meals, as requested.
The olives are organic and the caretakers harvest takes place each January when they are taken to an ancient mill to be pressed.
There is swimming pool, 40 x 16 ft, with equipped pool house, barbecue and seating area.
The main house is rented from May to September through different rental agencies, primarily in the United States, Canada and Australasia, and is almost fully booked during this period each season with many repeat guests.
The property is divided into three titles: The three residences, the front of the property including the swimming pool area and the cherry orchard, and the rear of the property including the olive trees. The rear of the property is zoned as agricultural land and the only buildings permitted are those for agricultural purposes.
