Description

It concerns a very large house (400 m2 habitable area) with 14 rooms, in good state of repair. The second house (80 m2) is usable as holiday home and also in a good shape, but needs some modernization. All materials needed for this task are already present (such as a combination boiler for central heating and a multi-burner).

The terrain contains a third building (and old bread oven with a room on top) and a large shed (former stable for horses). The grounds are partly flat (fields) nd partly sloping (woods).

Across the terrain (1.36 ha) runs a brook (Ruisseau de Monjalou) and on the other side of the access road a medicinal mineral spring can be found. The domain was used as a holiday camp up until 2001, and after that as a family holiday house.
