The site is really easy to use for both sellers and buyers, well presented and clear. From April 1 (date the ad was posted) to October 14, 2016 (effective date of the sale), our ad was seen by 1,033 people, 6 of whom asked us to view the property.

This doesn’t sound very high, but the first visitor immediately made an offer and the sale then went through without any problems (We had had the value appraised before, so didn’t ask for more than this price, which made it possible to find a buyer quickly).
