The outdoor terraces are all equipped with seamless stone covers of natural stone, concrete and terrace tiles. The terraces adjacent to the back side and the swimming pool are all facing the South and mostly covered with a roof for maximum use in both summer and winter.
Economical heating with a heat pump. All floors on the ground floor are tiled and heated. Throughout the house a central vacuum system is operational. All space-separating walls are made of cavity construction and plastered for a perfect internal acoustic and thermal insulation, all decorated with ornamental plaster. Exterior walls, ceilings and roofs are thoroughly insulated. All outside windows and doors have double insulating glass and secure three-point closures, shutters and electric shutters.
