The exterior facades are made of natural stone, and in good condition. The walls are partly plastered and partly with 'pierre aparente', i.e. with visible natural stones. The roof of the main building is in order and closed. The connection with the walls needs some attention here and there. The truss is made of oak, so woodworm resistant. The roof connection of the main building with the extension at the back has to be renovated as well as the wall underneath of which a small part has collapsed and needs to be rebuilt. The well-organized backyard is located on the South East. Next to the house is a path so that the backyard can be reached. Outside the village you are directly in nature.
