The house is situated on a north-eastern slope. Lovely design with mosaics, brick niches, coloured plaster. The flats can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests, each has a distinctive character and each is allocated a private outdoor area. It is very quiet here and pleasantly shaded in summer.
The entire property is enclosed by natural stone walls. Oleander, banxia, acapantus, roses and small fruit trees grow in the garden. There are several water basins, steps, niches and landscaped wall areas. On the southern edge, an eleven-metre-long covered swimming pool borders the property. Behind it, huge pine trees grow, through which one looks from the highest roof terrace onto a lavender field. On the east side of the house is a large chestnut tree. Access is via a 300-metre-long dirt road. Through a large gate you drive directly towards the 300-year-old oak tree. Here was the old threshing floor, which today is a gravelled parking area for 10 cars. The lower part of the garden is currently being redesigned. It is recommended that the buyer of the Quinquerlet also buys Casa Nova. Then Le Quinquerlet would be absolutely alone again.
