Unique holiday property with 9 apartments and swimming pool in the middle of nature
Price: € 750 000 | Ref.: 2670 | Views: 918
"Le Quinquerlet" nestles against a 300-year-old oak tree and is located on a ridge just 3.5 km from Apt, in the heart of the Luberon Nature Park. 9 independent flats for up to 24 guests, covered pool, utility room, gallery space, studio, cellar gallery for small sculptures , café, glass house and 300sqm of roof terraces.
The house is situated on a north-eastern slope. Lovely design with mosaics, brick niches, coloured plaster. The flats can accommodate between 2 and 6 guests, each has a distinctive character and each is allocated a private outdoor area. It is very quiet here and pleasantly shaded in summer.
The entire property is enclosed by natural stone walls. Oleander, banxia, acapantus, roses and small fruit trees grow in the garden. There are several water basins, steps, niches and landscaped wall areas. On the southern edge, an eleven-metre-long covered swimming pool borders the property. Behind it, huge pine trees grow, through which one looks from the highest roof terrace onto a lavender field. On the east side of the house is a large chestnut tree. Access is via a 300-metre-long dirt road. Through a large gate you drive directly towards the 300-year-old oak tree. Here was the old threshing floor, which today is a gravelled parking area for 10 cars. The lower part of the garden is currently being redesigned. A petanque court is to be built here, but it would also be a suitable place for a steam bath or sauna.
Insert single wood-burning stoves. Electric convectors in the bathrooms and bedrooms. Fast internet will be available soon. Double glazing everywhere. Insulation of some flats is very good, others mediocre because of the large window areas. There is a septic tank for every three flats. Connection to the public sewage system is possible, but expensive.
For the house >Casa Nova<, which used to belong to Le Quinquerlet, there is a right of passage across the property down past the house. Since spring 2019, the owner has been trying to sell it again. It is recommended that the buyer of the Quinquerlet also buys Casa Nova. Then Le Quinquerlet would be absolutely alone again.
