The thick walls consist of tuff stone, while the ceilings are made of oak wood beams. The slated roofs are finished with new zinc roof-gutters. The chimneys have been restores. Floors and roofs are well insulated. All the connections to the sewer, water supply, electricity, central heating and internet were replaced during restoration work. One of the gites has a wood burner. The home had a new (2018) wood burner. All units are connected to central heating.
Gas and electricity: The domain holds 2 underground gas tanks for heating and cooking. Every (vacation) home is equipped with its own central heating installation and private gas gauge. Every (vacation) home and the large shed has its own distribution board.
Internet: Internet is provided by the fixed telephone line. Every (vacation) home is equipped with its own amplifier and there is an outdoor amplifier at the pool.
Septic tanks: The longère has a large septic tank, with a small septic tank in the shed. Both septic tanks are newly installed during the restoration works. A large, 10,000 litre septic tank was installed and certified according to the norms.
The pool: The swimming pool (2012) is equipped with a water pump and an electrolysis system, converting salt into chlorine. A robot performs the daily cleaning of the pool. The pool conforms to all safety requirements: it is lined by a fence and covered.
