Description

Main building with two houses and gîtes
The main building measures 20x17 m, with 3 floors, large cellars, caves and barns. The property is divided into two separate dwellings and also has two gîtes.

House 1: hotel area (110 m2). Reception hall with large pantry, gas stove and a kitchenette. A staircase leads to the dining room and adjacent very spacious living room with wood stove. After a complete renovation extra living space can be created here. There are authentic, playful elements, such as two 'caves' (cellars).

Exterior

The property: You enter the property through the main entrance, a beautiful driveway overlooking the cherry trees. There are several sitting areas including a lounge area under characteristic lime trees, terraces and borders. The terrain is huge, with its 140 hectares (346 acres!), at an altitude of 1,000 meters in the mountains. Everywhere you look, you see unspoiled nature. There is a microclimate with 300 sunny days a year. Private swimming pond with running water and a jacuzzi at the private house.

Animal houses / stables - 12 hectares of grassland are used for grazing by horses.
