The main house has two floors with a total of 165m2 of floor space. Downstairs an apartment with two bedrooms, a small kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom. There is also a separate room that is used as a breakfast room for the B&B rooms. On the first floor there is a spacious living/dining room with open kitchen (2020). The large, spacious roof terrace offers lovely views over the hilly countryside. On this floor is also a large bedroom with walk-in closet and private 'en-suite' bathroom.
The Auberge has three gites of 45 to 50m2 each with a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with walk-in shower. There is also a studio with bathroom en-suite (30m2) which is rented out as a B&B room, and a separate B&B room (21m2) again with a bathroom en-suite. Each unit has a covered terrace overlooking the pool and a stone BBQ.
The detached gite (80m2) is located approximately 25 metres from the Auberge and was added in 2018. The gite features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet room, a laundry room and an office space. The living room and bedrooms look very spacious due to the high ceiling.
The complex is located on the outskirts of the village, is fully fenced, and has ample parking for all guests. The swimming pool has a salt water purification system, is fenced for security and offers plenty of sunbathing opportunities all around. The sloping garden is mainly laid to lawn with newly planted fruit trees.
The house is heated with an energy efficient heat pump, which also provides hot water. The Auberge and the detached cottage have a separate electricity connection. The detached cottage has CV / hot water supply on gas and also a pellet stove. The gites in the Auberge have separate boilers and electric radiators for heating. The whole complex is connected to the village sewage system, so no septic tanks.
