Near the village, 1.5 Km away, there is the 570-hectare Lake Montbel. An ideal place for swimming, sailing, fishing, having a walk or take a mountain bike, just to go around it.

This is a self-contained 40 sq m. apartment on the 3rd floor of the south-west-wing of the castle. The staircase to the apartment is very impressive and the ceiling decoration in the living room is breathtaking. The kitchen is hidden behind a cleverly conceiled sliding wall. From the window you have an excellent view over the village to the Pyrenees mountains.

There is a comfortable living- and dining area. The color scheme creates a warm, cozy and comfortable ambience which gives this place a character of its own. An intimate and pleasant atmosphere, accentuated by the wonderful ceiling. The high-end practical kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and extractor fan.

Integrated queen-size bed (160x200), surrounded by a lot of storage cabinets, even for larger suitcases or tennis equipment. All hidden in the wall. The bed simply folds out of the wall and the overhead panels open electrically by a push on a button…. In the opposite wall, one of the three storage panels gives access to the 'hidden' en-suite shower-room, equipped with a design sink, Italian shower, toilet and again, sufficient storage space.

Exterior

This big and representative Castle has only 10 co-owners and is surrounded by a magnificent park with and driveways, swimming pool and tennis court. The whole closed by solid fencing, which provides safety. There are two entrances, one for vehicles, that can park direct in front of the Castle.

Other information

All installation such as water and drains, electricity etc. are new. This applies to the floors, ceilings and interior walls. Everything is insulated to the latest standard. The heating is done by Dyson cool/warm installation and hybrid infra red-panels.
