It is a modern house with lots of light, built in 2009. The whole is very well insulated, both floors, walls and roof. There are 2 separate boilers, one for upstairs and one for downstairs, double glazing throughout, electric shutters in the kitchen and living room. Heating is by a wood-burning stove in the living room and electric heaters. Due to the high insulation, little heating is needed. The septic tank was installed by a certified installer as well as the entire electrical installation with smart meters.
