The campsite is situated on the fishing (trout!) river 'La Terrete'. All the space you need in the middle of nature, yet close to the city. A large Leclerc supermarket at 6 km is handy for the table d'hôtes and the guests. The invasion beaches are at 25 km just past Coutances. All this located on a dead end road with three neighboring houses, so very little traffic.

The farm ( main house)
Ground floor 124 m2 with a lounge, 5x8m with chimney. Kitchen 5x4m. Bedroom : 4x4m with bathroom/toilet 4x3m. Laundry room/toilet and staircase.

First floor: a twenty meter long corridor gives access to two bathrooms of 2.5x2.5m each and four bedrooms. One bedroom 4x6m with bathroom/toilet, one bedroom 4x4m, another two bedrooms 4x3m, and a separate toilet.

The attic has been converted into a studio with private entrance, spacious bathroom of 2.5x3m, kitchen cum living room of 5x7m and sleeping area of 5x7m.

The old watermill
This building has three floors of 9x9m each. Underneath a garage. On the ground floor a living room, entrance and bathroom. And on the first floor three bedrooms.

The bakery
A cosy little building of 4x4m with its own sanitary facilities and outside terrace above the sanitary block of the campsite. A very simple kitchenette and sleeping places on the decking.

Tent bungalow
On the campsite you will find the bungalow tent, suitable for rental to families up to five people.

Exterior

On the campsite itself there is a natural swimming pond with lots of plants, fish, and frogs... the water couldn't be cleaner. At the top of the site there is also a part camping in the quarry, here the stones were once cut out to create the buildings. The total is suitable for 15 very spacious camping pitches. The campsite has shared sanitary facilities: two showers, two toilets and a urinal. There is also a washing area with hot water outside.It is possible to extend the campsite by adding extra sanitary facilities. There is ample parking space along the river and at the depot of 18x6m. To be used for storage or to renovate stables or something similar.

Other information

There is enough tree growth on the site for the logging and supply of own wood stock. The central heating in the house and mill is fired on fioul (oil). In the other rooms there are electric radiators and / or wood stoves. For the house and mill there is 1 sceptic tank of 6,000 cubic meters and for the bakery and campsite as well.
