The castle (525 m² living space) has the following lay-out:
On the ground floor a stately landing takes you to the spacious entrance hall with access to the large salon with fireplace, oak parquetry and the beautifully carved ceiling. The small lounge is now used as a breakfast room for guests. In the hallway, a toilet for guests. A spacious flat with all privacy for the owner includes a large living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
The 1st floor comprises four spacious rooms, each with its own bathroom. These rooms are now used as chambres d'hôte and equipped with all modern comforts.
The 2nd floor has the same layout as on the 1st floor but could still be developed as a hotel or an additional chambres d'hôte (maximum 5 allowed).
In the attic, a view of the impressive rafters of the roof. A door to a small balcony. Here you can note that the zinc gutters and the roof, covered with slates are in very good condition.
The cellar occupies the total area of the chateau. There are several rooms including an impressive wine cellar and a boiler room. The modern central heating boiler on wood or city gas can be controlled remotely via an App.

A separate villa to rent out or use
The  villa of 248 m² on its own plot of 1765 m² was built in 1991 and has a bedroom and bathroom and an office on the ground floor in addition to the living room and kitchen. On the first floor, a spacious landing leads to three bedrooms, one of which has a balcony overlooking the garden and wide landscape. There is also a second bathroom here. Underneath the whole house a "basement" with space for several cars. There are two electric garage doors.
