The mother stove of the central heating system is a wood stove located on the second floor of the house. This can also heat both studios. The sewage system is a septic tank, which works fine but is not officially "up to standard. The entire house is fairly well insulated. It was constructed of concrete in 1970, and clad in wood in 2020. Tiled roof in good condition. August 2023 new Velux installed and tiles treated against moss. Outdoor painting is always overdue, but well under control.
