The water is (slightly) salty, without chlorine and soft for the skin and eyes. The pool is maintained and managed by the co-property organisation. The entire farmhouse consists of seven apartments, shared in a small, active (Dutch) condominium. You would be co-owner of the pool, the septic tank (2018) and common grounds such as paths and parking.

Other information

The entire apartment has industrial concrete floors and underfloor heating (electric). All windows and doors are double glazed.
