Description
On the first floor is a workshop with oil-fired central heating boiler. This is easy to replace with an economical wood central heating boiler. Here is also a toilet, a sink and the washing machine. In the space behind is the 2nd workshop with workbench, billiards and oil tank. Next to this room is the attached garage.
On the second floor is a large eat-in kitchen with dining table and wood stove. Behind it is the living room overlooking the creek. A small staircase in the dining kitchen leads to a hallway with two bedrooms and a toilet. In the kitchen is also a door for the stairs to the second floor.
At the top of the stairs you walk straight into the bathroom, here is the shower and an authentic French sink. Next to it is the third bedroom, which is very spacious and even has a walk-in closet. Exterior
The house is at the end of a short street and is enclosed by a fence. The garden is all around the house and completely fenced. The garden has many beautiful plants, trees and flowers, and of course a large lawn. Through the porch you enter the living area. On one side the plot is adjacent to the stream, a wonderful place to unwind. Next to the attached garage is a shed for firewood and behind it is a space where you can put a trailer, for example.
Other information
The heating works with a 1000 liter oil-fired central heating, the connection for an economical wood central heating is already in place.
