Warm water by a solar water heater with - in the winter -after-heating through gas (2 bottles/year). Rainwater is recuperated in a 6500 lts tank and used for the toilet, washing machine, garden, etc. The house is optimally insulated with ecological materials. Connection to the sewer. Glass fiber and ADSL internet connections are available.
