Description

There are three houses with a total habitable surface of about 450 m2.
The largest house covers over 210 m2. It is almost completely cellared, except under the recent staircase that connects two formerly separate houses. Spacious living room (50 m2) with fantastic views, kitchen and separate dining room on the first floor. On the second floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with bathtub. The spacious attic serves as a storage room.

Exterior

The estate with landscaped garden, meadow and forest covers a total of 7 hectares (a little over 17 acres). There is an outbuilding with an area of 60 m2, converted into studio space. Part of the estate is now used as a mini-camping site with six pitches, plus a camping 'kitchen' with rinsing room and sanitary facilities. The large and securely fenced private swimming pond completes the picture. The park garden in front of the house has plant borders and lawn, in front of the left house there are 2 terraces and the right house has a beautiful spacious terrace with pond and a carport for 3 cars. Next to it is a forest of 3.5 hectares (8.5 acres).

House 1 has wood stoves and electric heating. House 2 has electric heating. House 3 has oil-fired central heating. Each house has its own septic tank and its own electricity meters.
