This is the oldest part of the house and dates back to 1602. Impressive fireplace with wood stove (FrancoBelge). There is also central heating. Sleeping area with a bedroom of about 17 m2 and a second bedroom of about 15.5 m2. Bathroom of about 13 m2 with large walk-in shower, toilet, bathtub and washbasin. Furthermore, a guest toilet, a third bedroom of 9.5 m2, office with large sliding window (double glazing). Second pantry with washing machine for campers. Technical room with gas boiler and the hot water boiler. Vaulted cellar with many authentic details from 1602. Finally, a large room to renovate with fireplace and a real sink, possibly to convert into a nice studio. Plus an attic over the whole house.

Property 2
This house is +/- 120 m2 currently used as a gîte (holiday rental). Living room approximately 27 m2 with natural stone walls, wooden floor and a fantastic cantou with Godin wood stove. Charming kitchen (+/- 24m2).  Toilet and a storage room with washing machine. Through the back door past a balcony with stairs to a small private garden with a beautiful view over the grounds.
Upstairs two bedrooms of about 22m2 and a spacious bathroom with washbasin, toilet and large walk-in shower. Spacious and beautiful attic. This property has one larger and 2 small cellars.

Third house
Nice, small house, operated as a gîte (holiday rental). Ground floor open plan with integrated kitchen, living room and dining area. Kitchen, country-style, with gas hob, extractor hood, spacious fridge and microwave. Small but functional bathroom with a nice walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Downstairs there is underfloor heating (gas central heating) under the travertine natural tiles. A beautiful oak staircase leads to the two bedrooms, each with a nice dormer window. The bedroom ceilings extend to the ridge of the roof with the old, but painted, beams visible.

Exterior

Part of the large property (6.97 ha) is fenced off as a private garden with a fence for the dogs. There are fruit trees, including plum, peach, apple, fig and a patch of raspberries, as well as grapevines. Also a decent lot of deciduous trees.
A shed, on which 12 (total 3Kw) solar panels have been installed, serves as a storage shed for some garden tools and 2 water boilers of 300 litres, for the saintly building used by campers. A small stream flows through the little valley and springs from its neighbour's spring. The stream and its banks are protected nature reserve with many native deciduous trees such as alder, ash, oak and willow. Part of the land is agricultural and part is 'terrain de loisirs' (recreational area). The spring feeds some tapping points close to the buildings. There are numerous walnut trees on the land, from which there is a good harvest of the tastiest walnuts every year. Old and new fruit trees such as pears, various plums, cherry, but also blackthorn make it extra nice to enjoy this paradise spot.

The swimming pool measures almost 12 x 6 x 1.7m. The water is purified by salt electrolysis. There is enough space all around to place a few deck chairs and enjoy this sun-drenched spot and the view over the countryside.

The courtyard has a well (currently closed for security) and is a little paradise in itself, with an 'island' full of plants. Some fig trees, lilacs, hibiscus, lavender, rosemary and much, much more. Enough space to create nice seating areas and live like 'a god in France'.
