Description

Large, illuminated main entrance with a few steps to the main living area and sitting room with the impressive traditional beams and the characteristic bay windows, showing the surrounding nature. This floor further contains a round kitchen (to be updated), a cosy wooden mezzanine, the main sleeping room and bathroom with shower, bathtub and toilet. The main living and sleeping room open up to a large terrace facing South and the sitting room and kitchen give access to the terrace facing West.

Exterior

The garden has a swimming pool with salt electrolysis that can be heated. It has a round shape with 8m diameter and 165 cm deep as well as a paddling pool of 50cm deep for the younger kids. It is entirely covered, which facilitates its maintenance and allows to enjoy the swimming pool for a longer period of time. The cover can be opened in the middle.

The garden is very private, no onlookers, as it is next to a non constructible field where no crops are grown (only used to harvest hay). It has a vegetable garden, a herb garden and fruit trees (apple, kaki, pears, walnuts). It's possible to buy the house with 5000m² land or with 1 ha including a small wood.

There are 2 separate parking lots for a total of up to 10 cars. The separation of the parking lots allows you to keep your privacy if you decide to rent the unities on the ground floor, as they have both their private access from the first parking lot. The second parking lot is in front of the main entrance.

The house is in perfect condition, built with quality materials and the whole ground floor was repainted in 2023. It is well insulated, heating with fuel for the main part upstairs, electricity ground floor and a fireplace on each level. Septic in place. An empty elevator shaft allows installation of an elevator connection the four levels of the house, making it very accessible for wheelchairs. A well might allow for use of ground water.
