Characteristic house of 100 m2 with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: Entrance (11 m2), bright living room of 29 m2 with tiled floor and a large authentic fireplace with wood stove and functional bread and pizza oven. Open connection with the new kitchen (2022) of 13,5 m2, with all the necessary appliances. Underneath the kitchen is a (wine) cellar with water well. On the first floor a new toilet (2023) and a laundry room with space for a washing machine and dryer. Open staircase to the second floor.
