The pretty medieval village of Josselin with its castle, basilica and Nantes-Brest canal is 6 km away. Also just a few km away is Lac au Duc, famous for water sports and its hydrangea-laden pedestrian path. The legendary Brocéliande forest is 15 km away. La Grée-Saint-Laurent is ideally located between the 2 coasts: 80 km from the Pink Granites in the Côtes D'Armor and 50 km from the Gulf of Morbihan. Rennes airport is less than an hour's drive away at 80 km.
The first floor features a large mezzanine living room with stone walls and exposed beams, a fitted kitchen, a living room with a large old fireplace and a recent pellet stove.
