Stone house in a beautiful old wine village (180 inhabitants) near Bourbonne-les-Bains, surrounded by hills and forests. From the front and the back we have a magnificent view. The house is now used to store wood and as a garage for the car. It needs to be renovated to make it habitable again.

Description

On the ground floor there is a room with a fireplace, on the first floor there is also a bedroom. The ground floor also consists of a large barn with hayloft. The house contains many original oak details, some of which are in need of restoration.

Exterior
