There's also an 8 m² utility room, an 11 m² laundry room, 3 rooms (each 6 m²) with a workbench and sink, a former wine storehouse converted into a wine cellar. The renovation was carried out between 2019 and 2021 by certified companies: insulation of walls, ceilings, attic insulation with 35 cm of blown-in wool, double glazing, central heating (pellet boiler), new electricity, TV sockets in all bedrooms and living room, RJ45 sockets in all rooms, 1 ventilation circuit on each level. All that's missing is the finishing touches. The hot water tank is fed by the pellet boiler in winter and electrically in summer (this tank can be connected to solar panels). The water system uses a well equipped with a pump that supplies water all year round to the WCs, washing machines and outdoor taps for watering and cleaning. At present, the telephone network is ADSL, but fiber is being installed and connection is scheduled for September 2023. There are still 400 m of 2 m high wire fencing to be laid on site if we are to complete the fencing of the entire plot, and enough original floor tiles to finish off the entrance floor.
