In a unique location near Mont Ventoux in the Unesco protected area in the Drôme, close to the Vaucluse, lies this beautiful apartment Coriandre. Near many picturesque old typical Provencal villages such as Sault, Montbrun les Bains, Buis de Baronie and Vaison la Romaine. The apartment Coriandre is part of Résidence Château Ferrassières and is about 1.15 min drive from Avignon and Orange. The residence itself has 22 apartments and as owner of one of the apartments, each owner is also co-owner of the condominium: the 3 ha. estate, all general areas and all facilities including an indoor swimming pool with 2 saunas, an outdoor jacuzzi with sun terrace, a tennis and petanque court, a private parking lot and an outdoor kitchen. The nature reserve in which Résidence Château Ferrassières is located is a place where regular packs of deer and other game (wild boar, foxes) roam. It is also home to various species of birds.
