This renovated house has kept its original atmosphere and is situated in Primelin in the western corner of France at 1 km from a famous coastal path (GR34) and beautiful sand beach. An area of outstanding natural beauty with many historic towns and villages and much international tourism with ongoing traffic near the house. On the route to the most visited site of Bretagne: Pointe du Raz (3rd most photographed spot in France) at only 8 km from the house. The picturesque port town of Audierne is only a 5-minute drive. The village itself houses sufficient shops to cover all necessities of live (Intermarché with gas station). Quimper is at 40 minutes.

Habitable area 280 m2. Layout ground floor: Entrance hall (12 m2), living room (45 m2), kitchen (16 m2), billiards room (19 m2), toilet. Terrain and outbuildings The characteristic Breton house is fully detached and built on private land. The terrain surrounds the buildings and consists of lawn, vegetable garden, and parking. In front of the house to the south a terrace with wooden table and benches and picknick tables. Behind and next to the house a large fenced garden with sitting corner (picknick tables) and lawn with swing. Apple trees. Washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outdoor toilet.

The restored house is in a good state of repair. The roof was renewed in december of 2011 by a local professional thatcher (guarantee). The windows are fitted with double glass. Possibility for expanding of the annexes and the second floor of the house (100 m2 with sea view), ready for reconstruction. Electrical network updated in 2011. Hot water supply with added 300 L in 2011. To be done: Before 2017 due to change in sewerage standards: renewing septic tank "fosse toutes eaux". Connect central heating (boiler) installation.
