Description

The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is therefore very suitable as a bed and breakfast, but also as a family home. The ground floor has a living-kitchen with a large fireplace, beamed ceiling and old stone floor. The room is heated with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace and radiators connected to the oil-fired central heating. There is also another (bedroom) and a bathroom here. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Here there is also a spacious cosy lounge with characteristic wooden floors and a fireplace with wood-burning stove. This floor has its own entrance. On the 2nd floor are two more bedrooms and a bathroom under the roof.

Exterior

The barn is divided into two parts. One part with a concrete floor, where the grass machines and CV with oil tank are located. The oldest part has a lower part where the cows used to be and is used for storage.
The property comes with over 5 hectares of land. This consists largely of sloping land with woods and meadows. On the flatter garden area in front of the house is the 10 x 5 m swimming pool with semi-circular 'roman' steps. The terrace and a large lawn around the pool offer both sun and shade to relax overlooking the private property.
The pool has an electric roller shutter, outdoor shower and a heat pump. The vegetable garden with wooden gazebo and fruit trees make this a very popular place for relaxed holidays and living!
Directly behind the house is another spacious attractive terrace, with an open shed and barbecue area, overlooking the small river. Here you can best hear the babbling of the water.

Other information

The septic tank, newly installed in 2018, is up to standard. The liner of the swimming pool was renewed in 2016, the outdoor shower and the roller shutter (meets strict safety standards) were installed in 2019.
