Description

The house has five bedrooms and four bathrooms and is therefore very suitable as a bed and breakfast, but also as a family home. The ground floor has a living-kitchen with a large fireplace, beamed ceiling and old stone floor. The room is heated with a wood-burning stove in the fireplace and radiators connected to the oil-fired central heating. There is also another (bedroom) and a bathroom here. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Here there is also a spacious cosy lounge with characteristic wooden floors and a fireplace with wood-burning stove. Exterior

The barn is divided into two parts. One part with a concrete floor, where the grass machines and CV with oil tank are located. The oldest part has a lower part where the cows used to be and is used for storage.
The property comes with over 5 hectares of land. This consists largely of sloping land with woods and meadows. On the flatter garden area in front of the house is the 10 x 5 m swimming pool with semi-circular 'roman' steps.
