The comfortable B&B rooms are on the first floor and each has a private bathroom and balcony. The apartments/maisonettes have a private entrance, terraces, are fully equipped and have a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. The two bedrooms of the apartments/maisonnettes are on the upper floor. In the central area on the ground floor is the private home with entrance/dining room of 25 m2, living room of 50 m2, kitchen, utility room, bedroom and bathroom. The house stands on a sanitary space that serves as a basement/storage room.

Exterior

The house stands on a plot of 2490 m2. On the plot an above ground pool, outdoor kitchen and carport. The living area is 362 m2 and the total area including basement, terraces and balconies is 620 m2.

Heating with a wood stove in the private area. In the maisonettes and chambres electric heating. The second floor is a wood stack construction system of 12 cm thick beams. The upper floor is wood frame construction with 16-24 cm insulation. The whole is very energy efficient, with an average of only € 160 electricity costs per month. Water treatment with its own mini treatment plant.
