You may use it three weeks per year, divided over the low, mid and high season. Plus a number of weeks in the summer low season, at a charge of €50,- per day. This rental arrangement is valid until 2026. After that, you are completely free to reserve the apartment at any time for yourself and your friends, with of course still the possibility of renting it out to third parties, to cover the costs.

Description

The new, centrally heated apartment is located on the second and third floors with an interior staircase (duplex). It has a large living room with open kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large south-facing balcony and two covered parking spaces. The owners may use the facilities under the building for free: a large swimming pool, children's pool, bubble baths, sauna, hammam and gym.

Exterior

The apartment complex Leana is located in the center of Les Carroz overlooking the ski slopes, 100m from the supermarket, other stores and restaurants. The ski bus stop is 200m away, for a 5-minute bus ride to the gondolas. The village is at an altitude of 1200m and you can take the lifts up to 2484m, and enjoy a total of 265 kms of ski area.
