Description

The house: Tiny home refurbished from an old ruin (traditional construction made of “taipa”, mud), 60 cm wall thickness (23,62 inch) for excellent insulation, 40 m2 with mezzanine 7x2 m totalling aprox 42 m2 (452 sqf). All the mezzanine has a false floor with storage 33 cm deep (13 inch), stairs also with storage and a cupboard under stairs for more storage! Woodfire stove for heating and cooking. During summer gas is used. Hot water also with gas. Dry toilet now installed (using wood chips), can be turned into a standard toilet as all installation is in place.
