Located in the heart of the popular, vibrant medieval bastide of Eymet, the most British of the Dordogne villages in the beautiful Vallee du Dropt. This comfortable house is a restful place, beautifully situated in a quiet little street near the Chateau of Eymet and just a few minutes walk from the main square of the Bastide with a wide range of restaurants, tea-rooms, cafés, British pubs, food and various shops, doctors, vets, dentists, pharmacia, banks, weekly market throughout the year, night market and festivals during the summer. There are walking paths in the sorroundings of the river Dropt with its mill and swans. It is situated only 20 km from Bergerac and its international airport. One of the accomodations is successfully rented with trip advisor and has excellent reviews.
The house is currently divided into two charming and completely furnished dwellings. Both offer 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and are available for immediate income: move into one and rent the other.
