Guest house in good state of repair which is connected to another house on one side, situated in Bouisse, a romantic village in the Aude, part of the wine region Corbieres in the Languedoc Roussillon. The village is in the heart of the land of the Cathars, not far from the pretty towns of Limoux and Lagrasse. Carcassonne, Narbonne and Perpignan are only a one-hour drive. The larger cities of Toulouse and Montpellier are at 130 km distance.
Description
The house has 3 floors with each 2 spaces of 5 x 5 m2 (16.4 x 16.4 ft, south) and 2 x 5 m (6.5 x 16.4 ft, north). The house is built on a rocky hill, which does not allow the ground level to have it own exit at the North side. A shower room and sauna have been constructed here.
The entrance at the street side leads to the fully equipped diner-kitchen. A straight staircase (with door) leads to the first floor with living room with wood stove (15 kw) and balcony. At the north side, a room is furnished as an office. It has a window overlooking the village and the neighbour’s garden which is open to us as well.
A staircase connects the living room to the second floor, leading to the bedroom with en-suite shower and toilet, and a second bedroom of 10 m2 (107 sq. ft) to the north with veranda.
