La Ferme du Pezet is approximately 1.5 hrs drive from Marseille Airport and the Aix-en-Provence TGV. At 25 minutes by car from the big city of Carpentras and about 40 minutes from the city of Avignon. Only about 5 minutes’ drive from the compact but vibrant town of Villes-sur-Auzon (1300 habitants) with all shops including a little supermarket. This property is also great for those who love hiking, cycling and enjoying nature. It is a jewel in a beautiful setting, with a clear view of the Mount Ventoux. The top of this famous ‘Tour de France’ challenge is about 35 minutes by car. By bicycle the uphill travel time is 3H35 minutes. From the top back to La Ferme de Pezet however, is only 1H12 minutes.

This makes for a healthy environment with good biodiversity, with plenty of flowers, birds, bees, bats, lizards and other animals. If you need more land for a tennis court or a helicopter pad or even some vines to make your own wine, the farmer (who is one of the bigger growers in the region and owns many hectares) will probably be willing to sell you some.
