Restaurant, Bar and B&B

Downstairs there is a bar and dining room (seating thirty people) and a large room with seating at the rear. There are also toilets for guest use.  Behind the bar is the large and well-equipped restaurant kitchen and preparation area, plus a range of rooms for storage, refrigeration, laundry etc. Plus a delivery area and a garage for one car. A beautiful original wooden staircase takes you to the five bedrooms, some with original fireplaces and all with hardwood floors.  There is also a large living room with a kitchen area.

The bar appeals to all groups: French residents, British residents and tourists of all nationalities. The current owners only offer meals at lunchtime, leaving plenty of room to increase turnover by offering meals in the evening.  As the only bar in the village, there are also plenty of opportunities to be involved in providing catering, entertainment etc. Art exhibitions – theme evenings – private parties – the sky is the limit for people with imagination, ambition and energy! If an investment is more attractive, this property has been rented out in the past, generating a guaranteed income, without all the hard work of running a busy restaurant!
