Description

The 1890s farmhouse and barns are situated at 750 meters altitude on a plot of 4.7 hectares of pasture (with its own water sources, now grazed by 2 horses), and (primeval) forest. The barn immediately adjacent to the home offers the opportunity to expand the home. Passages on the ground and second floor to this barn are already in place.

A second, larger barn can be converted into a B&B or a self-contained vacation rental. Designs for this can be made by the current owner-architect if desired. Around the house there are ample opportunities for a swimming pool.

Other information

Renovations under architecture. The owner is an architect and has largely professionally renovated the shell of the house and insulated it with 100mm glass wool. This renovation, in addition to the replacement of almost all wooden parts (roof house, floor beams and floor boards, truss construction, stairs, shutters and partially new window frames with double glazing), also includes the renovation of the electrical Installation, the water installation and the sewage system (septic tank).
