The property is on a quiet road, just outside Gignac with a bread depot/bistro and soon a Hotel Restaurant. 10 minutes from the freeway towards Toulouse and from the village of Cressensac with a bakery, Carrefour Contact, a Pharmacie and a good restaurant. For other shopping, Souillac is about 15 minutes away with a large E.Leclerc, Lidl and Aldi among others.
