Upon entering the apartment, you find to your left the main living area that can be decorated upon choice and personal taste. There is plenty of room for a living room and dining room furniture, or maybe you would like to bring your piano? Instruments and music are certainly welcome in the castle.

The studio apartment feels more like a 1-bedroom due to the sliding door that hides the new, modern kitchen (induction stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge) and opens the sleeping area. Your Queen Size bed which can be hidden in the wall in the daytime contains a new, comfortable mattress. The sleeping area also is equipped with large storage and clothing closets on both sides of the room.

From the bedroom, you will find a door leading to the new bathroom with a modern, spacious shower, tiled with massive stone, toilet and large sink.

Pool, Tennis Court nadcastle park are shared by all co-owners.

Other information

With a total of only 10 co-owners, there are only 2 parties living in the castle permanently, both located in the other - the north wing. Being located in the south wing, you have the advantage of having no direct neighbors who spend more than a few days in the castle per year.
