The bicycle hotel exists since 1991 (from 2008 in Dutch hands) and is a thriving business with cycling guests from all over the world. The turnover is now entirely achieved from the cycling season May to October, but can easily be expanded with off season hikers.
Description
The bike hotel consists of 4 guest rooms (total of 12 people) each with private bathroom and toilet, a dining room, small lounge and large kitchen where meals are prepared. The private part of the house is on the 1st floor above the garage and consists of a large living room with open kitchen and access to the terrace at the back of the house. The upper floor is one room with sleeping area and bathroom.
Exterior
Outside are several terraces where guests can dine in the evening. There is private parking for guests and a large garage/workshop for bicycles. There is also a vegetable garden, fruit trees and 2.5 acres of land. There are possibly possibilities for a small campsite.
