This house does not really exist, but normally you would put the geographical location in the subheading.

In the introduction, we write about the property highlights , more details about the location and the situation, like the view, proximity to small shops (bakery!), other towns, big cities, highway connections, train stations, airports and tourist spots.
The 'description' is like a visit to the home. We talk about the property spaces in a logical order, as if you were showing people around. Start with the entrance, living room, kitchen... and move on to the bedrooms, bathrooms and finally thwe attic and cellar. No need to talk about 'to the right' or 'going up the stairs'. Just mention the spaces and their features without becoming repetitive. Don't have to mention the wooden floor and the electric radiator in every room. Remember the 'visitor' to your ad also has the photo's that show him or her what the features are.
By the way, you can add the photo's yourself and slide them around with your mouse. Try to put them in the same order as the description, with all the outside photo's at the end. Please only pictures of things you can see in the house or from the grounds. No tourist pics from the area. This is confusing, because people might think you can see the lovely river from the house.
