At the rear is a fully fenced & gated large shared garden with play equipment for children and outside table and chairs for each house. There is also a potager garden to grow vegetables with another shed, potting bench and plant shelving. Off road parking for 2 cars for each of the houses. There is no pool, but a couple of years ago the seller had obtained planning permission (now lapsed because of excellent sales figures without pool), so it should be no problem to re-apply.

Other information

At the moment, the seller lives in the smaller house as a couple and rent both barns but a family buying the properties that needed more space could opt to live in a barn & let the other barn & the smaller house as an option or someone could buy & let all 3 properties.
