Main house has a fioul based heating system and six open fire cheminées. Guest house has electric radiators and a log burner. No gas in either of the houses. Main drains. No septic tanks. Optic fiber has been connected in the village but not to the house yet. It still has an ADSL line. The property has a high renting potential and could easily be turned into B&B. Some outbuildings need renovation. Main house has an old roof. Both houses have single glazed original windows.
