Find new home sellers for a chance of earning hundreds in commission

Do you know anyone who is selling a house in France? Introduce them to Immogo for a chance of earning a big commission!

Everybody living in France for a while will probably get to know people selling their house. Retired people retuning to the UK, English friends or French neighbours or acquaintances. We will gladly help all these people reach an international audience looking to buy in France. That is we are looking for ‘ambassadors’. If you bring us an advertiser who will sell through Immogo, we offer a hefty commission. And of course… the more sellers you bring in, the bigger the chance of success!

Why Immogo?

Immogo is the best site for selling houses in France to an international audience. We offer comprehensive presentations with extensive descriptions in four languages and an unlimited amount of pictures. We only allow private sellers. This keeps our offer exclusive, unlike the bulk-sites with hundreds of thousands of ads. If a seller and a buyer find each other on Immogo, they do not have to pay the property agents’ commission of 5 to 7%.

Clear cost structure

Sellers pay only €149.- at publication. Part of this amount is used to pay the professional translators. The remainder goes to external promotion, for instance through Google Adwords. Our profit comes only with the success of the seller. After he or she manages to find a buyer through Immogo, we charge a success fee of 1%. And if you brought in this client, we will then pay you 20% of our fee.

What can you earn?

How much you earn, depends on the price of the house. If we manage to find a buyer for a house advertised at 100,000 euros, we earn €1,000 in commission. Of which you get 20% = €200. The more expensive the house, the more interesting it gets. Successful sale of a house costing half a million will net you 1,000 euros!

The more houses, the more chances

We can imagine you will come to see house hunting as a kind of sport and will try to bring in as many clients as possible. By all means! You could even help the seller in making pictures of the house, writing a good description and filling out the forms on Immogo. This way, you contribute to the quality of the presentation and therefore to the chances of selling.

How does it work?

Have you found someone ready to advertise on Immogo? Please ‘claim’ this seller by sending us a message with his name and email address. Just so we know he came through you. Next, ask the seller to add your name under the description of his house (‘via John Smith’). We will note this with the house file, so nothing can go wrong. After every successful sale, we will check whether an ‘ambassador’ was involved, so we can pay the commission as soon as the seller pays us the fee.

Keep involved!

If you help the seller to upload his property on Immogo, you can of course add your name yourself. Afterwards, it’s best to keep an eye on the process by regularly contacting the seller and asking how things are going. We love feedback! And also please make certain the offer is still up to date. People often start with an optimistic price. Once it goes down, we like to be the first to know, for more chances of success.
