The Main House

This self-contained holiday home is successfully rented out from spring to autumn (fully booked from March onwards, with constant rental income over the last four years). The accounts are available for consultation.
Ground floor: German “Hacker” kitchen in oak and marble, travertine floor and living room opening onto a private 22 m² travertine terrace. It overlooks the garden, vegetable patch and swimming pool, offering a breathtaking view of the surrounding valley.
Upper floor: One bedroom with exposed beams, large Velux windows, separate handcrafted bathroom (Italian shower, stone basin and copper fittings) and separate toilet.
Comfort: Heating and air conditioning via reversible heat pumps on each floor. A wood-burning stove is also present in the living room.
