Yes, registration and searching are completely free. You can browse all listings and contact sellers without paying anything.
A seller subscription is €17 per month. This includes publishing your listing in multiple languages and monthly distribution across Facebook groups with a combined total of over one million members. A nice touch, we think, is that every subscriber will get a monthly reminder one week before the subsciption fee is due. Including a link to cancel!
Your subscription includes the editing (if needed), translation of your listing in three languages, publishing of course, as well as monthly distribution across around ten international Facebook groups with a total of more than 1 million members. And of course direct access to potential buyers, with no middleman and no commission.
Yes, absolutely. Private sales are perfectly legal in France. The notaire handles all the necessary paperwork to complete the transaction. You save the agency fees in the process, which can amount to tens of thousands of euros (typically 4 to 10% commission).
