This former hotel-café-restaurant dating from 1870 has been renovated to become a magnificent vacation home. With comfortable private accommodation and three fully independent vacation apartments (gîtes). Complemented by a spacious and attractive garden, a large terrace shaded by 150 m² of wisteria, covered parking and a beautiful saltwater swimming pool.
The house is located in a wide valley in Haute Provence, at the foot of the French Alps. Everyday necessities are just a 2-minute walk away: bakery, café, post office and a small mini-market selling regional produce. Large supermarkets are about 10 minutes away by car. Sisteron is 10 km away and Laragne 5 km. There are bus routes (Gap-Sisteron) and a rail link (Sisteron-Marseille). Marseille airport is an hour and 25 minutes away, and the TGV to Aix is an hour away (Ref. ig20260421mison).
The property and its layout
The house comprises two floors and an attic, with a total living area of 276 m². It is divided into a private dwelling and the three gîtes, each with its own entrance.
